「焼き鳥が食べたいよね」ということで『はち八』
さんへ。前日に予約しての訪問です。
18時の予約でしたが、店内は既に多くのお客さん
で賑っていました。小上がり席に通され、まずは
生ビール(大)を注文。続いて、鉄板焼のとり皮
(ネギ入り)、れんこん肉詰め、しいたけ肉詰め、
玉ねぎ焼き、えのき焼き、網焼きの手羽先、串焼き
のとりねぎ、せせり、と次々に注文しました。
ネギ入りのとり皮はパリッとして身はジューシー。
甘めのタレとはもちろん、シャキシャキしっとり
のネギとの相性も抜群です。手羽先も皮はカリッ、
身はジューシーでボリューム満点。肉詰めされた
れんこんはシャキシャキ。玉ねぎはしっとりした
味わい。肉詰めのしいたけは肉肉しくてポン酢と
合います。えのきも定番の美味しさ。どの料理も
美味しくてビールの進むものばかり。あまりの
美味しさに生ビール(大)もおかわりしました。
しっかり食べて飲んだ後は、とり雑炊で〆ました。
たっぷりの具材に溶き卵、あっさりとした出汁が
少し飲み過ぎた身体に染みて〆としては最高の
一品でした。皮めしと迷いましたが、とり雑炊に
して正解でした。
何を食べても美味しいってこともさることながら、
コスパも素晴らしい。人気店であるのも納得です。
鳥料理を食べたい時には、ぜひ行きたいお店です。
