店内:番屋風の設え。内壁には魚函の板を使い、漁師小屋の雰囲気たっぷり。
奥行は多少ありますがあまり広くはないですね。
テーブル上は清潔に保たれています。
接客:20代~30代の威勢のいいお兄様方が対応。非常に活気があり漁師のパワフルさが伝わる様な接客です。
例えるなら、回転寿司なごやか亭でこぼれいくらを注文した時のアノ感じです(笑)
■生うに丼 社長の赤 ¥12000
「赤」というのはエゾバフンウニの事を指します。
かなりの高額です。
社長が市場でセリした結果、この価格になったそうw
しかし、この値段に見合う味でしたね。
まず磯の香りが鼻を抜け、そして上品なウニの旨味と甘味がトロっと舌の上に乗ってきます。
臭みは全くなく、ましてやミョウバンのミも感じません。
当たり前ですね。
今朝獲れたバフンウニを殻から捌いて丼に盛り付けただけですから。
もう、『最高!!』の一言に尽きます。

この時期の積丹地方は全国から観光客や美食家が集まります。
これを食べちゃったら、もう他のウニは食べれなくなるかもしれません。
一生に一度でも、奮発して是非ご賞味して頂きたい逸品です。
