おそらく10年以上ぶりのL’Assiette Blanche。
最近は、白金高輪とか滅多に行かないけれど、久しぶりにフレンチの気分。
三田のコートドールは今年2月に閉店し、斉須シェフの薫陶を受けた川井真介シェフ。
予約時に「13,000円のコースのみですが」と言われたけど、もちろん問題なし。

今はシェフがお一人で営んでいますが、それがご自身が無理なく、料理を準備し、提供しているリラックスした雰囲気がとてもよかった。
お料理はもちろん大満足。
