乾杯は八戸麦酒のクラフトビール、日本酒は、青森県含めそろっていますが、豊盃が好きなので、純米吟醸winterをいただきました。
お料理は津軽のお料理、食材を中心に隅々まで丁寧に仕事が施され、食材のクオリティはもちろんご主人とのお話もたのしかった。
とても居心地がよくて、店名のとおり“あずましい”。
