たまゆらの平日限定ランチ
冬のお鍋ということで、味噌と酒粕仕立ての
牛肉鍋がメインです♪
あら煮、もずく酢、煮しめ、出汁巻き玉子。
お造りは、鰤と鮪。
茶碗蒸し、赤だし、鮭ほぐしの御飯、香の物。
デザートは、杏仁豆腐。
食後にコーヒー。
* ノンアルビールは ¥550 ♪
星☆☆☆☆(4つ)とする際に、
「あなたの舌では、この味が 『☆4』 なのね? 」
と自問。。。
自分の舌は、あやふやなものだと自覚があるし、
その場の雰囲気には つい流されて評価する。
5段階の評価だから、「3」 は 「普通」、つまり
「普通に美味しい」 ということ。だとしたら、
「4 」 って、結構 尊いものだと思うのですが。
