九品仏駅徒歩5分の立地、近くにはグルテンフリーの同店のお店あり。店内は奥に製造スペース、手前に芸術的パン達が陳列されている。店内は8名程度のスペースで外に並びも。

ここの最大の特徴は小麦の香りがとても良いこと。また生地の歯触りが最高に良い。
クリームパンはパン生地3種から選べる充実さ、購入したのはブリオッシュ生地のものでクリームパンとは思えない食感で美味しい
チーズ系も美味しく、クロックムッシュ、フロマージュはリピート確定
【総評】
九品仏というロケーションだが、わざわざ買いに行く価値は十二分にある美味しさ。麻布台ヒルズでも同店はあるがこちらの方が混雑も少なく選びやすい。価格も味を考えれば納得の値付け。
