都立大学駅から徒歩8分ほど、パーシモンホールの駐車場出入り口側に、麻布十番から移転したフレンチが11月にオープン。
麻布十番のお店評価も高いので、期待して来店。
夜のコースは、1830から一斉に始まります(遅れないで)
シェフが調理する舞台(オープンキッチン)を眺めつつ、美味しいお料理とお酒に舌鼓を打ちつつ、シェフやお客さんとの会話も楽しめる。
フォーマルだけどアットホーム。どれも美味しいフレンチなれど脂っぽくなく、健全な食材を繊細な味に昇華させてくれ、体に良さそう。裏腹な悦びに溢れるのだ。
シェフの食材へのこだわり、料理への想いを聞けるのは嬉しい。そのお話すら美味しい調味料となり、たくさん飲んで食べて心もお腹もポカポカ。翌日も胃もたれとは無縁だった。
河豚の調理師免許も持っているシェフ、河豚のフリット美味しかった。こだわりのラム肉も(火入れもバッチリ)、グラタンドフィノワ、白子、平目、川越もんぶらん、プチフィナンシェも、全部好きなお料理だったなぁ
