大阪ラーメンを語る上で欠かせない存在「カドヤ食堂総本店」。食べログ百名店の常連で、看板の“つけそば”をはじめ、国産小麦「はるゆたか」を使用した唯一無二の麺が人気✨
朝から行列必至ですが進みは意外と早く、並んででも食べたいと思わせる圧倒的な完成度。素材・技術・店の空気すべてが揃った名店です。

まずは絶対外せないつけそばから。水面のような艶感をまとった麺はしなやかで、噛むほどに小麦の香りが広がる美しさ。単体でも成立するほどの完成度に驚きます。つけ汁は醤油と出汁のバランスが秀逸で、濃い旨みがありながら後味が軽いので朝でもスッと食べられるちょうど良さ具材もしっかり入っていて満足感◎

続いて「黒豚旨みそば（汁なし）」。これは黒豚の旨みが爆発している逸品。濃厚でガツンとくる味で、ニンニクの香りと焼豚の相性が抜群。中毒性のある旨さで食べ進めるほど止まらなくなるタイプ

丼ものは黒豚めし、そして背徳感全開のチャーシューマヨめし。とくに後者はマヨ好きの楽園…チャーシューの旨味×マヨネーズ×白米＝背徳の三重奏で、 “これはズルい” と声が漏れます
ただし全体ボリュームはしっかりなので、頼みすぎにはご注意を。

黒豚旨みそばと黒豚めしを同時に頼むと味の方向性が似て重めになりがち。組み合わせ次第でより満足度が上がると思います。

Kadoya Shokudo Sohonten is a must-visit landmark in Osaka’s ramen scene, frequently listed in the Tabelog Top 100. Their signature “Tsukesoba,” made from premium Japanese wheat “Haruyutaka,” showcases exceptional craftsmanship. The wait can be long, but the line moves surprisingly fast and the quality makes it absolutely worth it.

The Tsukesoba features glossy, silky noodles with a beautiful wheat aroma. The dipping broth is a perfect balance of soy sauce and dashi—rich yet refreshing, making it easy to enjoy even in the morning.
The “Black Pork Umami Soba (soupless)” is intensely flavorful with powerful richness from the premium black pork. The garlic aroma and char siu elevate the dish even further.
Rice bowls like the Char Siu Mayo Bowl are pure indulgence—rich, satisfying, and dangerously addictive. But portions are generous, so careful ordering is recommended!

喉越しの良い麺は、スープとの相性が完璧で、その味わいは訪れる人々を虜にしています

今回は、つけ蕎麦と中華そばを注文しました。つけ蕎麦につきて、麺は太すぎず細すぎずの理想的な太さで、スープによく絡みます！
つけ汁には、動物系などの旨味が感じられる一方で、ほんのりとした酸味と塩味が加わり、深い味わいを生み出していました…
このスープは、料理の魅力をさらに引き立て、食べ進めるほどにその味の深さを感じさせます

さらに店内はコンパクトながらも清潔感があり、14席のみの小さな空間はいつも満席で、行列が絶えないほどの人気ぶりです…！
この日も、私が到着した時にはすでに長い行列ができており、その待ち時間はラーメンを味わう喜びを更に高めるものでした‍

カドヤ食堂総本店のラーメンは、その完成度の高さで知られ、関西を代表するラーメン店としての地位を確固たるものにしています！
訪れたすべての人々に、また来たいと思わせるような魅力的な味わいがあります。

Kadoya Shokudo, a renowned ramen shop in Osaka, was transformed into a ramen specialty restaurant in 2001 and has since become a legendary destination. The shop is famed for its rich broth made from Hinai chicken and its homemade noodles crafted from carefully selected wheat flour. The noodles' perfect texture complements the broth, capturing the hearts of those who visit.

During my visit, I ordered the tsukesoba and chuka soba. The tsukesoba noodles were just the right thickness, beautifully mingling with the soup. The dipping sauce featured a delicious blend of animal flavors, enhanced by a subtle tanginess and saltiness, adding depth to each bite.

The restaurant's interior, though compact, maintains a sense of cleanliness and is always fully seated due to its popularity. Even on the day of my visit, there was a long queue, which only heightened the anticipation and enjoyment of the meal.

Kadoya Shokudo's ramen is celebrated for its quality, solidifying its status as a top ramen destination in Kansai. It leaves every visitor wanting to return, due to its irresistible flavors. This is a restaurant I highly recommend to many!
