たくさんの苺、良質の生クリームでスポンジに軽く苺の果汁を含ませた品。
クリームの滑らかさが特徴的なショートケーキで美味しい。
和栗のモンブラン
和栗のクリームの柔らかな甘味、土台にざっくりとした歯触りのシュクセ、中には生クリームと栗の甘露煮が入った品。
ザクザクとした触感のシュクセと滑らかな和栗のクリームがとても合って美味しい。
