友人と今日は美味しい香港料理を食べるぞーと意気込んで銀座に向かいました!
銀座と新橋ちょうど真ん中あたりの飲食店ビル8階にお目当てのお店がありました☺️
店内はアジアンな雰囲気で、夜は電気がランタンのように窓に映りロマンティック。
個室やテーブルがあり、個室は要予約。
今回は上海本店の人気メニューをコース仕立てにした「上海本店特別コース(税込5,000円)」をいただきました。

・前菜三種盛り合わせ(窯焼きパリパリ焼豚、黒木耳の黒酢和え、窯焼きハニーソース叉焼)
・三種点心(海老蒸し餃子、トビ子焼売、精進春巻)

前菜から予想を超えて美味しかったです、
まずパリパリ焼豚はその名の通りASMRかというくらいパリっと音がします。
黒酢和えはさっぱりと。ハニーソース叉焼(トントロ)はジューシーでハニーソースとの絡みが絶妙です。
餃子と湯葉揚げ蒸し、炒飯に共通して海老が入っていてのですが海老がプリップリでどの海老も違う味わいで七変化して感動しました!!
その中でも湯葉揚げ蒸しは湯葉がジュワッとエビ餡の旨味を染み込ませていて最高です
悪魔炒飯は、本当に手が止まらないほど病みつき。
パラパラとした長粒米は黒々としており、味が想像できなかったのですが口に入れた瞬間に山椒の風味が一気に畳み込んできます。
これは、また食べたい一品。
締めのカスタードパイは、カスタードが甘じょっぱくてふんわりした生地の方が甘くしっかり卵の風味を感じれるほっこりしたデザートでした。
優しい味わいからピリッと病みつきになる味わい、サクサクっじゅわっふわっなど様々な食感を楽しめたりと五感に働きかけてくるコースでした。
