久しぶりに寿司でもということでお昼にカウンター席のコースを予約して訪問。平日だったが、カウンター席は満席。それもそのはず、コースなのに5000円切る価格。
飲み物は夜もあったので温かいお茶を頂いた。スタートは蛤のお浸しから。優しい味であっさりした料理、これは美味しい。それから握りは鯛、縞鯵、炙った鰆、そしてサーモン。どれもネタもさることながらシャリも赤酢の本格的。お次はアワビの茶碗蒸し、コリコリしたアワビの食感好き。それから、中トロ・大トロは言うことなしの美味しさだった。天ぷらは衣がサクサクしていて、鮎もふきのとうどれもが美味しかった。これで握りはおしまいだったが、贅沢巻きの雲丹はバフンウニだった!クリーミーで濃厚。穴子も口に入れたらすぐになくなるくらい柔らかくて美味しい。締めのKAI丼と赤出汁、美味しくいただきました!わさびをチーズを削る器具で擦っており食感が変わりわさびの違う味わい方だった。デザートのメロンもちょうど良いサイズでした。
お昼ならではのリーズナブルさはかなりの魅力!また行きます。
