昔ながらの雰囲気が漂う町中華で、ふらっと立ち寄ったのに大当たりのお店✨
今回注文したのは、餃子と青椒肉絲（チンジャオロース）。
どちらも期待を超える美味しさで、思わず「これこれ！」と言いたくなる味わい。
まずは餃子。
皮はもちっとしていて、中からじゅわっと肉汁が溢れ出す。
香ばしく焼き上がったパリッとした底面が食欲をそそります。
餡はしっかりとした味付けで、ニンニクの香りがほんのり効いていて絶妙。
何個でも食べられそうなバランス感です！
そして青椒肉絲。
お肉の旨味とシャキシャキのピーマンの食感が最高！
タレの味は濃すぎず上品で、ご飯との相性が抜群
シンプルなんだけど奥深い味わいで、どこか懐かしい“安心感”を感じました。
