新橋駅すぐ近くにある老舗カレー店【カリカル 新橋本店】へ行ってきました！
オフィス街の真ん中にあるにも関わらず、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、
スパイスの香りが立ち込める空間に入った瞬間から“美味しい予感”が漂います
今回注文したのは、定番人気の「印度プレーンカレー」に
トッピングで目玉焼きとコロッケをプラス
この組み合わせがもう大正解！
まず、ルーはしっかりスパイスが効いていて、
最初はマイルド、後からピリッとくる奥深い辛さ
辛さだけでなく、玉ねぎの甘みとトマトの酸味が絶妙に絡み合い、
“重すぎないのに満足感のある”完璧なバランス。
そして目玉焼き！
半熟の黄身がカレーと混ざる瞬間、マイルドさが一気に広がって、
スパイスの刺激と黄身のコクがベストマッチ
さらにコロッケのサクサク食感と中のホクホク感が
スパイシーなルーに絡むと、まさに幸福の三重奏
ボリュームも満点だけど、食べ終わる頃には
「もう一皿食べたい」と思ってしまう不思議な魅力。
どこか懐かしい味わいの中に、老舗ならではの深みを感じました。
平日のランチタイムはもちろん、休日のカレー欲を満たすのにもぴったり。
“王道インドカレーの完成形”と言えるお店でした✨

I visited **Karikal Shimbashi Main Store**, a long-standing curry restaurant just a short walk from Shimbashi Station.
I ordered the **Indian Plain Curry** with extra toppings — a fried egg and a croquette.
The curry had a perfect blend of spices: mild at first, then gradually building into a satisfying heat.
The sweetness of caramelized onions and the tanginess of tomatoes created a beautifully balanced flavor profile.
The fried egg added a creamy richness, especially when the yolk mixed into the spicy curry,
while the crispy croquette brought a comforting texture and subtle sweetness.
Together, it was a mouthwatering combination that hit every note — spicy, rich, and satisfying.
