次はここ、麺や 七彩。
久しぶりに「ラーメンってこんなに澄んでて奥深いんだ」と思わせてくれる店に出会った感覚。
今回いただいたのは、特製しょうゆラーメン。
まず席に置かれた瞬間の香りがすごい。
醤油の芳ばしさと出汁の深い香りがふわっと広がって、
その時点で「絶対に美味しい」とわかる存在感。
スープは透明感がありながら、旨味はしっかり芯が通っている。
鶏、魚介、野菜のバランスが見事で、飲むごとに層が変わるような奥行きがある。
余計な油っぽさがなく、キレがあって非常に品のいい味わい。
そして麺。
七彩といえば“打ちたての麺”。
もちもちしつつ、噛むと小麦の香りがしっかり感じられて、
スープとの絡み具合が抜群。
麺が主役になるのに、スープの邪魔をしないこのバランスは見事。
特製だけあって具材も豪華。
しっとりしたチャーシュー、味の染みた煮卵、
食感を引き締めるメンマなど、全てが脇役ではなくしっかり存在感がある。
「全部が丁寧」という言葉がぴったりの一杯。
派手さはないのに記憶に残る味。
こういう“正直なラーメン”はずっと愛される理由がある。
次は他の味も試してみたくなる、そんな満足感でした。
