初めて、まんてん鮨に伺ったのは今から10年以上前のこと
当時銀座辺りでランチを気軽に食べれる鮨屋を探していて、丸の内のまんてん鮨を発見しました。
少々銀座からは離れていますが、確か3千円代だったと思います。
衝撃を受けました
シジミの1番出汁、カイワレ大根の昆布締め、ゴーヤの浅漬け等
ソレまで鮨屋で食した事が無かった物が出てきて、びっくりしたのを思い出します。
その後日本橋にコレドが出来て、その中にまんてん鮨が出来たので、
子連れで来店しました。
丸の内と違い、ちゃんとお席があって子連れでも入り易く非常に助かりました。
此方のコレド店も8年ぶり位だろうか?
余りお腹は空いていないが、折角日本橋に来て何か美味しい物食べて帰りたかったので、
玉砕覚悟で来店しました。
でばなの、シジミの1番出汁は相変わらず美味いですね。
握りは中トロからスタート
ん?ちと、臭みがあるかなぁ
蓄養鮪か?
続いてめかぶ、ポン酢でサッパリと
コレは嬉しい
実は金子半助からの2件目だったので、胃の中をリセット出来た感が出ました笑
しかし、次に出された鱒子の子丼は鱒子も臭みが有るし、シャリ小と伝えてあったのに山盛りで出てくるし、最後まで頂けませんでした。
ゴーヤの浅漬けは美味しいです。ウチの妻はゴーヤ苦手なんですがコレは少しなら食べれるそうです。
鮑の酒蒸し、エノキの昆布締め、茶碗蒸し等は最早定番ですね
この日は雲丹がとても良い物でした!
小川商店の利尻、礼文産をふんだんに使用してくれました。
握り12貫とお摘み数点、お会計4,000円は相変わらずハイコスパですね
この日の職人さんは握りも接客もとても上手で居心地も良かったです。
今度はちゃんと一軒目にお邪魔したいと思います。
