【ここでしか食べられない独創的なキノコベジソバ。リゾット必須。コース料理のスープの様に美味しい】
朝10時、東京駅でブランチです。
ちょっと早めのこの時間でも営業してくれている有り難いラーメン店、そらのいろさんへ。
沢山あるお店の中からようやっと食べたいお店を決めるも、今度は駅のどこにあるのかサッパリ分からずなかなか辿り着けない。東京駅アルアルです。
東京ラーメンストリート。
10軒のラーメン屋さんが集まっています。こういう時に胃袋が2つあったら良いのになあと思います。
もう一軒食べてみたい。
旅行の時もそうですね、せっかく遠方から来たのだからアレコレ食べたいのですが、悲しいかな一軒しか食べられない。
中世ヨーロッパの貴族は、美食を満喫するために食べては戻し、食べては戻し、ということをしていたそうですがそれはどうも罪悪感が募る。
やはり胃袋を鍛えてフードファイターになるしかないのか、俺の胃袋は宇宙だ。
券売機制です。
交通系ICが使えるのは便利、流石は駅直結店舗。場所柄、英語表記対応もバッチリです。
キノコベジソバを頼む場合は最初からキノコベジソバリゾットセットにしておきましょう。あとで必ずリゾットを頼みたくなります。セットで頼んでおくと50円お得です。
写真を見返すと、手もみ麺変更+150円や三角クラフトコーラなど気になるものが。
サンカクと読むのかと思いきや、ミカドでした。ヤマサ醤油さん製の醤油が隠し味のコーラとの事。
オーマイガージャパーン。
冷抹茶ノンシュガー600円や、ヴィーガン醤油ラーメン1,700円、グルテンフリー塩1,800円あたりからも外国人ウケのコンセプトが感じられます。
ウケというと失礼でしたね、そういったライフスタイルの人からみたら大変ありがたいお店だと思います。
着席。
沖縄の焼物やちむんや、張子の虎など日本の伝統工芸品が飾られており、良い感じです。
外国から日本に来た方には嬉しいおもてなし。
ラーメン店には珍しくコンセントがあります。新幹線の車内で酷使して減ってしまったスマホのバッテリーを充電出来るので有難いです。
券売機横に紙エプロンを置いてくれているのも優しい。
シャツに汁が飛ぶのを気にせず思いっきり啜って楽しめます。場所柄出張でスーツの人も多いでしょうしね。
私は今回、何度場所柄という言葉を使ったのでしょう。それだけこのお店、深く考えられています。東京駅に最適化しておられます。
○キノコベジソバ1,100円
迷ったのですが、やはりこのお店らしさが存分に発揮されたキノコベジソバでしょう。
美味しいラーメンは他でも食べられますが、この独創的なメニューはここでしか食べられない。
配膳されたラーメンの綺麗なこと。
具材はズッキーニ、パプリカ、ミニトマト、水菜にマッシュルーム。
パプリカはシャキッと食感が残っていて良いです。
しっとりの鶏チャーシュー。
キノコの風味がしっかりで、キノコ好きの私はとても嬉しい。
ペッパーが効いているので植物系でも、パンチがあって物足りなさは全くありません。
紺色のどんぶりというのも珍しい。赤いレンゲも綺麗で色彩センス抜群ですね。
○ベジソバ用リゾット200円
食べ方説明POPを読んでいたらもうたまらなくなり、席から現金で追加注文。
はい、そうなります。券売機でセット購入しておきましょう。50円お得です。
リゾットカードを貰えるので、麺を食べ終わった頃合いでスタッフさんに声を掛けて持ってきてもらいましょう。
ただ、10時だとお客さんも少なく、店内が広いためスタッフさんになかなか声を掛けられない事があるので早めに頼んでも良いと思います。
熱々の火傷しそうなご飯登場。
チャーシューの細切れが入っているのも嬉しい。
ここで卓上のフライドエシャロット投入。
香りが良く、カリカリ食感がたまらない。
スープが美味しいです。
リゾットぜひ頼みましょう。
フレンチのコース料理に出てくるスープですと言われても納得の感じ。
ラーメン店でスープを全部飲み切ったのは初めてです。美味しかった。
外国人スタッフさんで接客にプラスαはありませんが必要充分。
リゾットのインパクトが強く、味だけで⭐︎5です。ご馳走様でした。

Sora no Iro, a ramen shop that's open even at this slightly early hour, is a blessing.
After finally deciding on a restaurant I want to eat at from the many options available, I have no idea where it is in the station and can't find it. It's a Tokyo Station experience.
Tokyo Ramen Street.
10 ramen shops are gathered here. At times like these, I wish I had two stomachs.
I want to try one more place.
It's the same when I travel. I've come all the way from far away, so I want to try everything, but sadly, I can only eat at one place.
It's said that medieval European aristocrats would eat, throw up, eat, throw up, to fully enjoy gourmet food, but it somehow makes me feel guilty.
I guess I have no choice but to train my stomach and become a competitive eater. My stomach is the universe.
Ticket vending machine system.
You can use transportation IC cards, which is convenient, as expected of a store directly connected to the station. Given the location, there is also excellent English service.
If you order the mushroom veggie soba, make sure to order the mushroom veggie soba risotto set from the start. You'll definitely want to order the risotto later. Ordering the set will save you 50 yen.
Looking back at the photos, I saw some interesting things, like the hand-kneaded noodles for +150 yen and the Sankaku craft cola.
I thought it was pronounced Sankaku, but it's actually Mikado. Apparently the cola has Yamasa Soy Sauce soy sauce as a secret ingredient.
Oh my God, Japan.
You can see the concept of appealing to foreigners from the prices, such as the chilled matcha no sugar for 600 yen, vegan soy sauce ramen for 1,700 yen, and gluten-free salt for 1,800 yen.
That was rude of me to say it was appealing, but I think it's a very appreciated restaurant for people with that lifestyle.
Sit down.
The restaurant is decorated with traditional Japanese crafts, including Okinawan pottery, chimun (pottery), and paper tigers, creating a lovely atmosphere.
A welcome touch for visitors from abroad.
Ramen restaurants often have electrical outlets, a rare find. This is a convenient place to charge your smartphone battery if it gets worn out from overuse on the Shinkansen.
They also provide paper aprons next to the ticket machines, which is a nice touch.
You can slurp your ramen to your heart's content without worrying about splashing soup on your shirt. Given the location, many business travelers are likely wearing suits.
I'm not sure how many times I used the word "location" during this visit. That's how much thought has gone into this restaurant. It's perfectly optimized for Tokyo Station.
Mushroom Veggie Soba (1,100 yen)
I couldn't decide, but I decided on the mushroom veggie soba, which truly embodies the restaurant's unique style.
You can find delicious ramen elsewhere, but this unique menu item can only be found here.
The ramen presented on the plate was so beautiful.
The toppings include zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mizuna, and mushrooms.
The bell peppers have a nice crunchy texture.
The chicken char siu is moist.
The mushroom flavor is strong, which is great for a mushroom lover like me.
The pepper is strong, so even though it's plant-based, it packs a punch and leaves nothing to be desired.
The navy blue bowl is also unusual. The red spoon is also beautiful, and the color sense is excellent.
○Vegetable Soba Risotto 200 yen
After reading the instructions on the poster, I couldn't resist, so I ordered more with cash from my seat.
Yes, that's what happens. Buy the set from the ticket machine. It saves 50 yen.
You'll receive a risotto card, so ask a staff member to bring it to you when you've finished your noodles.
However, there aren't many customers at 10 o'clock, and the restaurant is large, so it can be difficult to talk to the staff, so it's a good idea to order early.
The rice is served piping hot, almost burning your tongue.
It's also nice that it has shredded pork slices in it.
At this point, the fried shallots on the table are added.
The aroma is wonderful, and the crunchy texture is irresistible.
The soup is delicious.
The risotto is a must-try.
I wouldn't be surprised if they told me it was the soup served in a French course meal.
It's the first time I've ever finished the entire soup at a ramen restaurant. It was delicious.
The foreign staff didn't add anything extra to their service, but it was just enough.
The risotto made a strong impact, and the taste alone gets 5 stars. Thank you for the meal.
