コロナ前以来久しぶりに伺った。3名で予約したので2階へ。2名以下だったら是非1階を予約することをお勧めする。鶏を見事な手つきで捌くところが見られる。
お通しの納豆(ウズラ卵乗せ)でビール大ジョッキを始める。サービスの鶏スープも出していただけた。
さて注文は一気に頼んだ。頃合いを見計らって出してくれた。鳥刺、ももタタキ、レバー、砂肝、串焼き、茄子焼き、そして本日の希少部位のお勧め三種のつなぎ焼き、ハツモト、さえずり。
どれも絶品。間違いなく日本一だと確信する。
そして赤ワインに移行。フルボトル3000円は破格。詳しくはないがとても美味しかった。少し冷やし過ぎに感じたけど、これも良し。
これだけ美味しく食べて飲んで3700円弱とは驚き!
