新婚旅行でシチリアに行った時は、新鮮なシーフードとレモンをメインとした料理がものすごくうんまくて、ローマよりよっぽど気に入った。ここ祖師ヶ谷大蔵のシチリアでもやはりシーフードが素晴らしい。
たこのカルパッチョ、生牡蠣、パスタを2種いただいた。そのうちのひとつ、ペスカトーレロッソにムール貝が入っていたが、よくいただく冷凍ものとは比べ物にならないくらい柔らかい。赤ちゃんのほっぺくらい柔らかい。聞けば、千葉でとれたものだという。非常に納得。
もうひとつのパスタはからすみとしらすの焦がしバターパスタ。シェフのスペシャリテだそう。もちもちしたリングイネにしらすバターがよい。
いずれももちもちリングイネがとてもお腹にたまって満足感得られました。
お客さんも、女性を中心に、おひとり様からカップルや友人同士と千客万来。若者からご高齢の方まで来るし、シェフの赤ちゃんも店内にいるし、非常にアットホームで居心地のよいお店でした。
