・すみいか、肉厚で噛みごたえが楽しい。
・鯛3種。生、昆布締め、ごま漬け。生から食べると他の2つとの違いが明確で楽しい。
・しまあじ。肉厚。
・おぼろ入りのコハダとアジ。アジはシャリとの間に海苔が仕込まれている。個人的この日のMVPはこのアジ。
・ヅケマグロ。宝石みたいに透き通っている。
・炙りトロの海苔巻き。シャリの量が心にくい。
・煮アナゴ。口に入れた途端ふわっと溶けてなくなる暖かい雪。
・薬膳スープ。生姜が効いている。体ぽかぽか。
