久しぶりにワイン仲間と食事。
予約の取りにくい店へ。
8時スタートでお客さん全員に対しスタート。確かに、このようにするのが合理的だよなーと、妙に納得。
先付けうまし。
えびはもちろんうまいが、稚鮎、チーズ(何の種類か忘れた。エボワーズかなと思って尋ねたけど違った)、赤茄子がうまい。赤茄子は、お麩みたい。ナスとは思えない。名物のシャトーブリアンは、燻製香があり、そそる。
大根おろしも、水分があまりなく、単体で食べてもおいしい。
