祝日昼予約して訪問。もちろん予約必須です。
カウンター7席のうち一席だけ先客ありでしたが12時を超えると満席になりました。
食前酒はゆず酒か柚子ジュースを選べます。柚子ジュースは柚子の香りだけの代物ではなく、柚子丸ごと絞りました的なとにかく濃厚なやつです。
その後、先付、八寸と続きますが、何を食べても美味しいですね。やっぱ出汁が美味しいんでしょうね。出汁だけ飲みたいです笑
メジマグロのわら焼きは、わさびと生ニンニクのスライスをのせてお塩で食べますがこれがまた最高にうまい。醤油は不要です。
あとはご飯をいろんな段階で試食できるのが面白かったですね。蒸らし後の美味しさをあらためて感じることができました。
前は連れが苦手なものをお裾分けしてもらってたんだけど、食わず嫌いだったようで、最近は何でも食べちゃいます。流石にナマコは無理かと思ったけど、ペロッといっちゃいました笑
そんだけ美味しいということですね。
