税込1万のコースとお酒3杯と、追加2貫です。
最初が、温かい鰤しゃぶで、お出汁まで美味しく、この時期温かいモノからスタートは、とても嬉しいです。
ヒカリモノは、鯖と小肌、鯖は、炭で皮目だけ炙った香ばしい変わった手渡しの包寿司、京都舞鶴の鯖は、高いのかな?厚みが倍くらい欲しかった、(個人的な思いです)小肌は、好きな味です。お代わりしてしまった。
帆立以外の貝がいただきたかったので、煮蛤を追加、これは、とても好みでした。
コース的には、白身、ヒカリモノ、鮪、雲丹、穴子、貝、とバランスの取れたラインナップ、
アテに季節感があり、美味しくいただきました。
甲殻類が好きなで、雲丹が無くてもいいので、蟹は、無理でも足赤海老とか(ボイルでいいので)、天使の海老(冷凍でも生色可なモノ割と好きなので)とか出していただけたら、と思います。アテの焼き物は、もう少し工夫が欲しいかと思います。別にゲソ焼きとかでも良いので。
1万円で、中々充実したモノがいただけます。赤酢の握り、グラス3杯が丁度2合で飲み過ぎないのが、良いです。
