久しぶりに伺いました。
メニューに鳩とありましたので、興味があり、伺いました。
鳩の照焼は、予約が必要との事でした。夜ならお出し出来ると、いう事ですが、私は、夜はまあ出歩かないので。昼だと前日に予約が必要だそうです。

焼き物の前菜は言う事ない出来栄え。
特にダックの照焼は、皮バリバリ、肉は、しっとりジューシーしみじみ旨いと思えるものです。
皮付き豚バラは、もう安定の美味しさ、カリッとした皮は、もう、大好きな味。
ミル貝蒸し物は、春雨が凄く美味しい。ミル貝の旨味が、シミシミで凄く好み。
〆は、湯麺。
麺だけで、というワガママ言いましたが、受けてもらえました。細麺で、優しい味のスープによく合います。
香港海鮮中華という事ですが、焼き物が秀逸です。鳩炒め物なら、と言われたのですが、後になって食べてみたかった。
