金曜日のランチ利用ですが、念のため事前に予約をと思い連絡をさせて頂きました
ランチタイムは11時半～12時、13時～15時の二部制での予約受付とのこと
基本的には、交通事情が読めず遅れる可能性があるからと、東京からの予約は受け付けていないそうですが、10時頃には熱海に着いており、駅前で観光をしているのでどうでしょうか？と伝えると快く了承頂けました
いやー、予約不可と言われて一瞬焦りましたね
予約の12時に訪問すると先客2組2名、その後1組2名が来られ店内は満席に
13時までの間に来られた一般のお客様はお断りもされてました
予約しておいて正解です

自家製のドレッシングでしょうか？
醤油ベースのドレッシングとシャキシャキ野菜のサラダ
彩も美しく、コースの前菜として食欲がそそられる一品
・パン
フォカッチャ風のソフトなパンとフランスパン風のハードなパンが2種類提供されました
どちらも小麦の風味が豊かで、ふわっと香る心地よさ
バターやソースなんかも付けて、結局お代わりも頂きました
・スープ
季節のスープは『トマトグラタンスープ』
トマトの酸味と甘味と旨味をしっかりと一皿に纏め上げた絶妙な味わいの絶品スープ
熱々のチーズがたっぷり乗ったグラタンスープは、中のパンを浸して最後のひと口まで堪能しました
・メイン
日替わりの朝採れの熱海産白身魚を使ったメイン料理です
本日は『鱸のクリームソース』と『真鯛のムニエル』
旨味のある濃厚なクリームソースが、鱸にしっかりとマッチして、ふわっとした完璧な火入れによる優しい食感も素敵
ソースには黒胡椒とディルにより、ピリッとしたキレと爽やかな風味がプラスされてより一段階上の味付けです
ムニエルはバターでパリッと皮目に火入れ、身質はふわっと柔らかく、その食感の違いもまた楽しめます
レモンのソテーも合わせることで、濃厚なバターのコクとスッキリとしたレモンの酸味で後味もすっきり軽快
いずれのメインも絶妙な完璧な火入れですが、付け合わせの野菜１つとっても美味しく仕上がっています
・綱代産アジフライ
折角の熱海観光なので、地物のアジを使ったアジフライも追加注文
ランチ提供がある一品物であれば追加ができるようで、観光客にはありがたいメニューです
外の衣はサクッと、中の身は瑞々しくレアの火入れ加減
ソースではなく、自家製のタルタルソースとレモンでさっぱりと頂きます
レアの火入れですが、鯵特有の臭みも一切無く、これは朝採れの新鮮な鮮魚だからこそできる贅沢な一品
非常に良い雰囲気に包まれた店内と、素晴らしいスタッフと料理の数々
熱海に行く際には是非利用をしたいという素晴らしいお店です
