鮨ってもっとシンプルなものと勝手に思っていたのですが、「へぇ〜こんな風に焼くんだ」とか豪快にマグロを目の前で捌いたりなどちょっとしたアトラクションを見てるようでした。
(まぁ自分が無知故の初体験というのもありますが)
厳粛なのは店の佇まいだけで、店内は御常連と思われる方や大将のトークなどとっても明るいです。
そして何よりこのお値段ですね。
とても美味い鮨を沢山頂き、日本酒も2つほど飲んでこれですもの。そりゃあ予約困難なわけです。
まず予約の渋滞が緩和されることはないでしょう。
鮨駒さんに行きたいと思うならば、しのごの言わずに「まず予約」
そして「当日は何がなんでも現地に来る!」
これぐらいの気概を持たないと、ですね。
死ぬまでもう一度行きたいお店です。

⭐︎予約について
自分は1月下旬に予約し、最短で10月(ランチであれば4月)と言われたので「8〜9ヶ月待ち」が現状だと思います。
ちなみに秋田市にある新店については「まだ予約は取れますよ」とのことですが…時間の問題でしょうね。
写真撮り忘れましたが「ふぐ」「甘鯛の鱗のせ」も提供されました。
