今年も相方の誕生日の名目でディナーを・・・
この日は、奥様と息子さん、厨房から御主人まで顔を出してくださってのお出迎え。
お料理は、卵白と豚のリエットのカナッペから
オードブルはカマスの燻製とサラダ
そして今年も食べられた、エスカルゴとキノコのココット
これをパンと一緒に食べるのを楽しみにしてました。
スープはかぼちゃのポタージュ
ちなみにワインは、給仕の息子さんのオススメで「トリンバック アルザス リースリング」
辛口のスッキリした飲み口で、華やかさも感じられるお味でした。
魚料理はアコウのベルモットソースで、魚の下にはホタテと小松菜
肉料理は牛フィレステーキ、万願寺とナスのグラタン、とうもろこしのフライ添え
デザート盛り合わせは栗のムース、シャインマスカットゼリー、イチジクワイン煮のシャーベット
プティガトゥは生チョコとクッキー
食後の飲み物はコーヒーをお願いして、いつものように奥様とのおしゃべりを楽しみながらのんびりと
イマドキの若い方には、クラシックな料理で面白味に欠けると感じられるかもしれませんが、私達などからすると、どれもがほっとする味わいで・・・
昨年は来れなくて1年ぶりになりましたが、変わらない美味しさを堪能する事ができました。
