我が家の年末恒例「おウチ忘年会」
今年は予約が取れたので、久しぶりに「かなざわ」へ
案内されたカウンター席は、真ん前でマスターが焼き物を焼かれていて、それを眺めながら呑むのも楽しいですね。
いただいたのは焼き鳥では「ねぎま」「きも」「手羽先」「白肝」「こころ」「やげんなんこつ」
久々にこちらの焼き鳥を食べると、他とはまるで違うモノのようなお味です。
他には「つくねのおろしぽんず」「わさび菜・玉ねぎ・蒸し鶏のわさびドレッシング和え」「松葉(鶏の鎖骨揚げ)」と、どれも安定の美味しさなんですが、なんとなく頼んでみた「小芋の唐揚げ」がまた予想外に美味しい。
〆は「濃厚鶏ぞうすい」をしば漬けと一緒に・・・
大満足な今年最後の外呑みとなりました。
