コロナ禍が始まってから一度も行ってなかったので、ほんとに久々になります。
5時開店で5時半に予約を入れてたんですが、すでに半分近く席が埋まっていて、オフィス街の土曜なのに盛況ですね。
普通の居酒屋としても魅力あると思いますが、大阪で島根の味が楽しめる貴重なお店です。
こちらのお店、席には番号代わりに島根の地名が付けられていて、私達のカウンター席は「出雲」
島根の日本酒がふるっていて、この日、厳選していただいたのは次の4種。
「誉池月」無濾過生原酒
「宗味」純米ひやおろし
「豊の秋」純米ひやおろし
「七冠馬」純米ひやおろし
銘柄が豊富なだけでなく、その時々のフレッシュなお酒が揃うのも嬉しいですね。

この中で特記するとなると、まず5食限定100円の「あら煮」
魚好きの呑んべえにはタマラン品なのですが、案外と頼む人は少なそうで・・・
「白バイ貝肝和え」は、これだけあれば、いくらでも日本酒が飲めそうな美味しさ。
「エリンギの島根牛巻きサバ塩辛マヨ」の「サバ塩辛マヨ」がまた、日本酒にぴったりでした。
席は2時間制限だったので、店を出た時にはまだ7時半でしたが、島根の酒と肴が堪能できました。
