中区栄の「雪月花たなかさとる」さんに行ってきました。ここのお店は初めての訪問。5周年記念のコースが期間限定であったのでこちらを予約。
賑やかな栄の街を歩いて行くと、目指すビルに到着。11階の最上階にありますね。エレベーターを降りると目の前にお店の入り口。豪華でモダンな雰囲気。お店の方に部屋まで案内してもらいましたが、これまた高級感のある落ち着いた個室。
頼んだコースは5周年記念のスペシャルコース11000円。キムチとナムル盛り、生野菜サラダから始まり、赤身のユッケ、和牛タンきましたね。ユッケは松坂牛。卵黄を絡ませて、これ絶品だね。和牛タンは繊細な霜降りが美しいね。
その後、ヒレ肉が登場。こちらも美しい霜降り。サッと炙って藻塩を少々。肉本来の旨みが凝縮されて美味しいね。柔らかくてびっくり。
酢橘冷麺はさっぱりしててスープまで完食。焼き野菜はさつまいも、しめじと椎茸。いい味してるね。
それからお肉は、赤身のマルシン、トモサンカクと牛テール。どれも肉肉しく脂が程よく美味しい。牛テール焼きは初めて。骨の周りのお肉って旨いね。コース最後のお肉は和牛ホルモンの盛り合わせ。
〆のご飯は雪月花カレー。このカレーはほんと美味しいよね。カレールーはピリッと辛さはあるけど甘みもあって味わい深いカレー。野菜と肉が煮込んである感じだね。これだけ食べた後でもカレーライスはペロリ完食。デザートは3種類から選べたけどプリンにしたよ。昔懐かしいプリンですね。
落ち着いた雰囲気でリラックスできました。どれもこれも美味しいお肉で大満足です。ごちそうさまでした。
