予約が取れないのも納得！No wonder you can't make a reservation!
言わずもがな、料理に対する愛情がもはや変態レベルのオーナーが織りなす逸品料理の数々。今回の訪問でも改めて変態を実感しました。常に驚きの連続でスタートの時点からコースが終わるのが嫌で、また来訪したいと思わせてくれるお店のひとつです。
Needless to say, the owner's love for cooking is beyond perverted, and the restaurant serves a variety of exquisite dishes. During this visit, I once again felt a sense of perversion. It's one of those restaurants that always surprises you from the moment you start, and makes you want to come back again.

約9ヶ月ぶりの訪問。本日のお肉のラインナップがカウンターに並んでいて食べる前から楽しみを膨らませてくれる。
コースがスタートしバタバタし始めても、オーナーの気配りは余すことなく行き届いており、ドリンクの追加注文から苦手な食べ物の再チェック、取り皿の交換など随所に接客業の基本が見える。当たり前ながらその当たり前が出来ないこともあろうが、この方は関係ないみたいでした。
各々のお客様とコミュニケーションの取り方、距離の取り方全てが完璧。
お肉の声が聞こえてるのかな？と思うくらいに絶妙なタイミングで提供される料理の数々。
今回もしっかり満足して次回の予約を取らせていただきました。

First visit in about 9 months. Today's lineup of meat is lined up on the counter, making you look forward to it even before you eat it.
Even when the course starts and things get busy, the owner is always attentive, and you can see the basics of customer service everywhere, from ordering more drinks to re-checking the food you don't like and changing plates. Although it may be obvious, there may be times when this is not possible, but this person didn't seem to care.
The way he communicates with each customer and the way he keeps his distance are perfect.
Can you hear the meat? A number of dishes are served at perfect timing.
I was completely satisfied this time and have booked my next appointment.
