一昨日来て美味しかったここに再訪。
ドアを開けると店主のにこやかな歓迎、カウンターはまだ何席も空いてたけれど、常連さんの隣に案内される。
なんだかプチ常連として扱われたようで嬉しい。
頼んだのは瓶ビールの赤星、三岳のお湯割り、国重1合。そして刺盛り、ブリの塩焼き。
お通しは里芋とブリのモツの煮物。ブリのモツは初めて食べたんだけど、柔らかな部位、コリコリ部位など食感も楽しめて美味しい珍味。ねっとりしたサトイモにブリモツの旨味が染みて、格別な一品。
刺盛りは今日はモノが少ないとの事で、ブリ、サーモン、地ダコの3種。
ブリはコリコリって感じより、ねっとり感が強く、脂がよく乗ってる。
ブリの塩焼きはかぼす、小ネギ、大根おろし、ポン酢付き。
ブリの皮はパリパリ、味は柔らかく脂が滲み出てる。
そのまま食べたり、薬味を入れたポン酢を付けて楽しんだ。
パリパリの皮もいいつまみになりました。
今回は期せずしてブリ三昧となりました。
モツの煮物、刺身、塩焼き、そして皮。
あとは、ブリしゃぶ、かま焼き食べればパーフェクト。
