加熱しないと生では食べられないことが多い鶏肉ですが、ここのお店は新鮮なので、生で食べられる!人気店で一年以上予約を挑戦し続けてやっと行くことができました。
焼き鳥屋さんですが、生を生かした食感の焼き鳥が多く、しっとりという表現がしっくりきます。
