有休消化の旅、奈良に2泊3日で行ってきました。
ザ☆観光客のようなところを巡り、満喫。
初日の夜は予約していたこちらにお邪魔し、大和牛と野菜のディナーコース6000円をいただきました。
前菜の籠盛は色とりどりで、見た目にも楽しかったです。
炊き合わせは優しい野菜の色で、葛あんもおだしがまろやか。
大和牛のリブロースは、サシの入った柔らかなお肉。野菜も多めなので、牛肉の脂でくどくなることなくいただけました。
つけ麺は豆乳のおつゆと麺がとてもマッチしており、その麺には吉野葛が練り込んであるそうで、つるんとしており舌触りも滑らか。
デザートのチョコレートケーキはラムの効いたお味。
量としては、あと一品多ければ苦しかったぞ、というところでした。
飽きずに最後まで味も見た目も楽しむことができ、また店員さんの対応も優しく、とても満足できました。
