熊本で、牛も馬もラーメンも食べた、最後は海の恵みを、と言うことで「鮓たいと」さんを予約して伺いました
びっくりしたことをあげます
①12時開店と案内にありましたが、12時半の予約に行ったんですが暖簾もでていなくてびっくり
②電話して12時半に開けると聞いて待つこと数分。案内いただくとカウンター4席の真ん中2席が用意されていてびっくり
③そして1番びっくりしたのは味。なんじゃこりゃ!と言うくらい美味しかったです
コースの十貫と追加した一貫の写真は載せておきますね。あと緊張でうまく取れなかったんですがカウンターから見た景色載せておきます。まさに「天草劇場」
素材の良さは当たり前。シャリの仕上げの丁寧さも当たり前(口の中で、ほろほろ、と崩れる様は万城目先生のヒトコブラクダの話みたいでした)、お店全体も陽の雰囲気で楽しい熊本の思い出になりました
追伸
途中の赤だし、コース最後の玉子(シホンケーキかと思いました)、サイコロ状の生姜、急須でお出しいただいたお茶(車なので…)、全てが満足でした
