奈良・大和郡山の静かな森の中で
奈良を訪れるたびに必ず立ち寄るお店、それが「Ninoの森」。
静かな住宅街、森の中にそっと佇む一軒家レストランは、まるで秘密の隠れ家にたどり着いたような気分にさせてくれます。
料理は、“多国籍のアート”。
ベースはイタリアンでありながら、和・中・アジアの要素が巧みに重なり合う、多国籍創作スタイル。
この日は「海老とキノコのトマトクリームパスタ（二ノッセ）」を注文。
濃厚さと繊細さを両立した味わいに感動。台湾風魯肉飯、前菜などの一皿一皿もまさに“食で旅する”体験でした。
木のぬくもりと静けさに包まれる店内。
時間の流れ方すら「ごちそう」に感じられる場所。
スタッフの方のおもてなしも、心地よい距離感でとても丁寧。
星5つでは足りないほどの、奈良を代表する名店。
観光だけで終わらせず、この“食の森”にもぜひ足を運んでほしい。何度でも通いたくなる理由が、ここにはあります。

Every time I visit Nara, I make it a point to return to “Nino no Mori”—a charming house-style restaurant nestled quietly among trees in a peaceful residential area of Yamatokoriyama.
Stepping into the restaurant feels like discovering a secret hideaway in the forest.
✨ The cuisine? A work of multicultural art.
While rooted in Italian cooking, each dish delicately weaves in Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asian flavors, creating a truly global fusion experience.
On this visit, I enjoyed the shrimp and mushroom tomato cream pasta, known locally as "Ninosse."
The balance between rich flavor and subtle refinement was masterful.
From the Taiwanese-style braised pork rice to the beautifully plated appetizers, every bite felt like a journey to another culture.
The interior, wrapped in wood and tranquility, offers a slow, thoughtful dining experience.
Time itself feels like a luxury here.
And the hospitality—gracious, attentive, but never intrusive—only enhances the magic of the moment.
