今回は7,700円のコースにしてみました。
このお値段でこのクオリティは非常に満足です!
素材も妥協なく、鮑のような高級食材とされるものまで使用されていてすごいなぁと思いました。
非常にシンプルな調理方法で、きをてらうことがないのですが、どれも手が込んでいます。
えんどう豆、わかさぎ、山菜、太刀魚、蛍烏賊、桜海老、新生姜などなど、春の食材を沢山味わえます。
今回は特に、スミイカのお刺身、あわびの肝和え、猪のつみれ?のお椀が印象的でした。
17時過ぎに訪問しましたが、18時には満席!
納得の繁盛ぶりですね。
夏近くになったらまたうかがいたいです!
