名古屋市中日ビルの地下一階
「スマート」と銘打っているだけあって、カウンターのみのいわゆ江戸前寿司だが、ランチもディナーも7一貫セットと10貫セットを選べ、あとはQRコードで注文できるシステム。
セットを頼まなくていいかもしれないけれど、ほとんどの人が、どちらかのセットを頼んでサクッと食べられていかれました。
3人の板前さんが、1人4人ずつほどを担当しながら、セットも一貫ずつ、目の前の杉板に乗せてくれます。
ウチは、夫婦で来て初入店だったので、1人が10貫セット、あとは一品ずつ頼むことにしました。
醤油をつけない江戸前の寿司屋は、緊張するものですが、ここは大丈夫。
そして、そのおいしさにびっくり。

赤酢で丁寧な仕事をしてあります。
イカには粗塩、「名物」という「塩かっぱ巻き」のおいしいこと!ぜひ食べるべきです。
マグロも煮ほたても、玉子も、本当においしい。
特に炙ってあるものが、ほのかに炭の香りもして絶品です。
ネギではなくトロ玉ねぎとのネギトロ巻きも、食べ応えありました。
穴子は「塩にしますか煮切りタレですか?」と聞いてくれます。
あー、すぐもう一度行きたい。
