知り合いと久しぶりにご飯に行くのに訪問。
前から気になってたお店で今日はコースでいただきました。
みなさんの書かれている通り、日本酒がどの料理にも合うし、酒好きにはたまらないかと思います。料理の間が空いた時には、手元にある米麹、麦麹、豆麹をつまみにしてまた飲む。私のお気に入りは米麹。
各料理はすごく丁寧に仕上げられて、一品づつ説明していただきました。最初に飲んだブリとあおさの粕汁といぶりがっこクリームチーズがめっちゃ美味しかったです。またリピします。
