ホテルからお店まで歩いて向かったのだが
こんな所に古民家なんかある?って所だ
店内は少し薄暗く
間接照明とテーブルのキャンドルの明かりが
とても落ち着く雰囲気をつくっている
こちらは大好きなサカエヤの熟成肉が頂ける店
そしてもちろんドライエイジングのコースを注文
焼きとうもろこしのスープからはじまり
カプレーゼ、黒毛和牛のタルタル
シャルキュトリーの盛り合わせ
最後に熟成肉ステーキ
酒がすすむ
料理はどれも満足できるものだったけど
中でも印象的だったのはブッラータ
濃厚なチーズと甘みの強いトマトの相性は抜群
肉に負けないくらいの主役級だ
肉は鹿児島の黒毛和種経産牛のサーロイン
経産牛と思えないほど柔らかく旨かった
さすがサカエヤさん
肉の事を聞かせてほしいと頼むと
しっかり説明してくれたり
スタッフ皆さんの接客も良い印象
