採れたて鮮魚を求めて人形町へ。
日比谷線ならA2出口、浅草線ならA5出口を出て徒歩5分程度で辿り着けるこちらのお店、九州の当日朝採れ魚たちを、お刺身で楽しめます。
九州特有の甘口醤油にわさびをのせた鮮魚をパクリ。5種類で酢味噌がのったまぐろは希少部位らしい。
うん、旨い。
低温調理のチャーシューは柔らかくホロホロ。
八角が効いてるので大人の味です。
乾杯はさっぱり生レモンサワーを。
甘くないので、好みの味。
日本酒も豊富で一合700円〜990円と良心的でした。
帰るころには一階も二階も満席。
席がせまくて、隣との距離が近いのもまた一興。
賑わう居酒屋は楽しいです。
おかげさまでお腹いっぱい。
山椒のクラフトジンが好きになりました。
