予約サイトで運良く希望日に席を確保出来たので久しぶりの訪問、18時一斉スタートのお店です。
今回は食べ比べは選ばす養殖をガッチリ堪能。
かぶとさんに通うようになってから養殖への固定概念が覆りました、私は養殖派です。
本日のは大ぶりで身はふっくら柔らかで美味しい!
捌いて、焼いて、直ぐ出すのが信条のお店。
目の前で大将が次々と鰻を捌く様子は何度見ても飽きないです。こちらのお店の素晴らしいのはゲストの名前をきちんと呼んでサービスしてくださること。いつも嬉しくなります 感謝。
