昨年openした草津温泉 蕩さんで1泊2食付でおじゃましました。新しい建物だけあって、館内も木がふんだんに使われており日本ならで和の内装。
夕食は
地元の群馬県産の野菜や米が使われており、それを創作料理として少しずつ、いろいろ調理法で料理してあるので目でも舌でも楽しめます。
お造りですが、今までいろいろな温泉宿に泊まりましたが大体は 鮪 エビ イカ の定番が1種は入ってるのですが、ここは 平目 勘八 縞鯵と高級食材を入れての組み合わせでした。
朝食は
食べきれない程の種類の多さ
ただ、6種盛合わせはご飯ではなく酒のアテ似合うような物ばかりで(洋風の物ばかり)、せっかくの美味しい米とは合わない気がする。
見た目重視なら綺麗でいいと思うが!
沖目鯛の塩麹焼きは、切り身も厚くてとても美味しく贅沢にいただきました♪
