内陸部・棚倉町にあります

明るく朗らかなお人柄の和知大将
ほぼ毎日市場へ足を運ぶだけではなく、
信頼できる九州や四国の漁師からも直接仕入れ、
シャリの米は、その日使う分のみを毎日精米。
店主がひと手間もふた手間もかけた一貫には
江戸前寿司の伝統と、
喜んでもらうための独自の工夫が息づいており
店主のお人柄と東北の地酒が醸す
あたたかな雰囲気も魅力です✨
全てが素晴らしいにぎりでした♡
特に魅了されたのが
蒸し加減が絶妙の鞘巻海老、
脂ののった目光の炙り、
そして剥きたての紫雲丹が最高でした✨
穴子と玉子は2種いただけて大満足♡

仙台の名店「小判寿司」の門を叩き、
先代である鞠子仁氏に師事。
9年間修行した後、暖簾分けを許され、
故郷の福島県に戻り棚倉町にて
「小判寿司」の名を継承し開業。
