2ヶ月前に予約して昼の時間を確保できました。

日本酒も2合いただき、計28000円ほどでした。
シャリは少し小さめでほろっと口の中で崩れます。米酢、酒粕、山吹の赤酢を少しという3種類用いたシャリなようです。
北陸の海の幸には赤シャリより白シャリの方が間違いなく良いですね!
おすすめの日本酒も沢山いただきました。大将が選んでくださった日本酒はどれも最高でした!石川も日本酒良いですねー。
終始対応もよく、質問にも快く答えてくださって大満足の1時間半でした!
金沢の中でもこちらを選んで正解だった(^O^)
