過去一美味しいトロたく「ながり鮨 錬」 神戸サウナの裏にあるカウンターと個室がある鮨店 お昼のコースは季節のアテとお鮨の全13品✨ 目の前で炭でネタを炙るなどカウンター席だからこそ味わえるパフォーマンスも♪ いくらが旬で通常塩漬けにしてから醤油漬けにするらしいが、今の季節は塩漬けしなくても食べらるくらい鮮度が良く、 卵の味を生かしたまま味わえるみたい！ 茶碗蒸しは鱧の卵が餡に入っていた 卵があるときは餡に入っているらしく、いくらといいすごくいいタイミングに来店できた 一品料理もお鮨もどれも美味しい！ 中でもシメのトロたくが衝撃の美味しさ 味付けはカツオをベースにしたタレをかけてくれて、これがまた美味しすぎる デザートはクリームチーズや豆腐を使った甘さ控えめのアイスを目の前で作ってくれる エンタメ性もあって素敵なお店♪

江戸前鮨だけど関西なので、シメは干瓢巻きではなくトロタクにしているそう！
