五稜郭のすぐそばにある回転寿司です。平日5時半頃に訪問で待ちなしでしたが、出る頃には店内で待たれている方が多く見られました。席につくやいなや「お客さん本まぐろどうですか?」と高い皿を勧めてくるのが、観光地の商売という感じで分かってるな〜と思いました。もちろんいただきますけどね。

流石は寿司の北海道、回転寿司でも超ハイレベルです。とろける食感となめらかな味わい。そう、とにかく食感がどれもすごいんですよね。鯛やサーモンなんてねぎとろみたいな食感でしたよ!舌だけで簡単に潰せてしまいます。
函館といえばいかですが、やはりすごい。噛めば噛むほど甘さが染み渡ります。ほっけと時しらずはお寿司では初めていただきました。ほっけはぷりっとした食感で、上質な白身といった感じ。時しらずは川に上がる前の鮭を獲ったもので、脂身がすごくてとろっとろです。
ちょっといい回転寿司ぐらいのお値段で、これほど上質なネタがいただけるのはなかなかできない経験だと思います!
