予約無しで開店時間に初訪問しました。食べログでの他の方が書かれた写真や口コミに魅了され、いざ入店!
優しい笑顔の大将さんと可愛らしい女性の店員さんが、あたたかーく出迎えてくださいました。
カウンターに案内され、店内はいかにも美食の居酒屋さんという雰囲気。けして広くはありませんが、そのこじんまりした広さが逆に、大将とのメニューの会話も楽しめて良かったです。
お魚を毎日市場から仕入れに行かれているとのこと、流石にどれもこれも、新鮮、そして、見た目が美しいです。季節感を必ず考えておられるメニュー。頼んだ物は和洋どれもこれも美味しすぎました。特に刺盛りと、No.1は土瓶蒸し。今年は松茸食べる機会が無かったので、存在感ある松茸と鯛が入っており、締めに最高でした。自分へのご褒美的にいいなと思いました。
お酒もいいお酒沢山あります。お料理に合うものを教えてくださるので、お料理との相性は間違いありません。
平日なのに、18時には満席になって、来られた常連さん!?に申し訳なさそうにお断りされているくらいの人気店でした。
