1946年創業、戦後の東京を支えた、もつ焼き屋を代表する、宇ち多゛へ宇ち入り。
言わずと知れた酒業中の呑助さん達の聖地。
飲んでる人お断りの為、一軒目で16:00頃行き、待ち7、8人、20分程して入店。
その昔は常連席と言われた入り口左のテーブル席に運良く通して頂きました。
ビールから梅割り、大根、串焼き、煮込みを注文。
オーダーの仕方を多少覚えると楽しさが倍増します。
自分にとって思い入れのあるこの店。
酒場を巡る様になったきっかけと言っても良い。
初めて来たのは20歳の時、突然父親に誘われて飲みに行く事に。その一軒目が宇ち多゛。
当時、宅飲みやカラオケでオール、チェーン店の居酒屋で友人達と騒いでた事しかなかった自分にとって全てが衝撃的でした。
ルールを守り、酒を呑み、少ししたら店を出る。長居は無用。その後、向かいの栄寿司で軽く寿司を食べて、浅草へ行き、父が子供の頃遊んだスマートボールや色んな店を梯子して、バッハで珈琲を飲み、夕飯の時間に家に帰る。良い飲み方でした。
数年後には開発工事が始まり、立石の景色が消え去ると思いますが、今の内にこの光景を目に焼き付けておきたいと思います。
