基本メニュー釜揚げうどんのみ
麺は細、太があり、
豆だぬき少なめ1玉200グラム
豆だぬき1.5玉300グラム
たぬき2玉400グラム
おたぬき3玉600グラムみたいです
本日もう一店回る予定で豆だぬき300グラムを注文
茹で時間大体15分ほどかかります
着丼する前に出汁を入れる器と生姜が来ます
自分ですりおろすタイプ
大きいので生姜好きにはたまりません
少し経つと熱々の出汁をおかみさんが器に注いでくれ
すぐ釜揚げうどんがやってきました。
みんなにもそのような提供なので
一番いいタイミングで出してもらえてるんですね
卓上にネギ、天かす、カツオ、昆布が置いてあります
カツオと昆布はおにぎりに挟む具になります
まず最初はつけ汁に何も入れず、
うどんだけでいただきます。
飲めるだし汁を謳っているので、
それほど濃くはない出汁で、
鰹、昆布、椎茸の味わい感じ取れます。
めちゃくちゃうまい
次は天かすとネギを入れて
最後は生姜を入れて
あっという間にご馳走様でした
出汁が絶品なので生姜を入れるとそっちが強くなり
入れない方が自分的にはよかったです
