予約サイトomakaseにて昼限定の握りのみのコースがたまたま空席が出て確保。
予約困難店なのでとても嬉しい。
今回予約したコースは日によってやっていない時もあるので電話で確認した方が確実だろう。

挨拶代わりの小鰭は酸味がありサッパリしていた
・スミイカ
歯応えがよく、噛めば噛むほど甘い
・縞鯵
上品な脂とコクが感じられた
・真鯛
旬ギリギリの高級食材、間に合って良かった…
・カスべ 昆布締め
初めて食べたネタだったが、これも旬は冬でエイの別名らしい
・ヒラメ 昆布締め
昆布締めの香りが何度食べても美味しい
・赤身漬け
酸味もなく、漬け醤油の旨みがシャリと抜群の相性
・細魚
繊細で淡白な味わい
・大トロ
口に入れた瞬間溶け、最高の脂だった
・縞海老
プリプリで甘く、クセになる味
・鱒
鮨屋では珍しいネタである鱒、とても旨みが乗っており、鱒好きには堪らないだろう

ツメとの相性良し

一口で食べれるのか?…というレベルの大きさで食べ応えがあった
・雲丹
食べた瞬間クリーミーで追加したいほどだった
・穴子
ホロホロで手で持ったら崩れそうなレベルだった
ツメと穴子の旨みが最高
・お椀
美味しいが熱すぎるので猫舌の人は注意笑
・玉
カステラのようなふわふわさもあり、好み
大和大将は気さくな方で握り方も真意が伝わった。
シャリも大きめで白酢も濃いめである。
今度は夜に再訪したい。
